Pour hot water into a bowl
Pour about 70 ml of water at 70-80°C in a bowl. Avoid boiling water, as it can make the matcha taste bitter.
Add 1 - 2 grams of matcha
Use a fine sieve to sift 1-2 grams (about one teaspoon) of matcha powder into a bowl. This prevents clumps and ensures a smooth, creamy texture.
Whisk the matcha

Matcha has a shelf life of approximately 12 months. Each package is marked with a unique expiration date to guarantee freshness.
For optimal quality, store it in a cool, dry, and dark place. Preference is 5-10 degrees for long time shortage.
